With over 20 years of experience in client-centered solutions and five years as a Human Resources Professional at a Fortune 500 company, Kenneth specializes in addressing complex challenges such as presenteeism, attention management, and reinvigorating organizational culture through engagement, trust, and accountability. As a trusted voice in presence-based leadership and a dedicated advocate for diversity and inclusion, he brings authenticity and passion to conversations on sustainability, leadership, and personal development.

Outside of the professional sphere, Kenneth is a devoted father to two remarkable daughters and a loving husband. Kenneth is a passionate first-generation family farmer with an emerging 30-acre regenerative farm established in 2022, marking the beginning of a legacy he aims to cultivate for years to come. His commitment to health and wellness also extends into his personal life, where he authored the books “8 Layers to Welcoming Wellness” and “Fair Welcomes: The New Way of Saying Farewell” while serving as an integrative wellness strategist.

Kenneth Offstage: Wellness, Movement, and the Mission to Engage Fathers

As a lifelong vegan and multi-discipline athlete, Kenneth lives what he teaches, prioritizing balance, movement, and mindful living in every aspect of his life. Whether he's completing half-marathons, playing tennis, flowing with rope, cycling in preparation for a triathlon, or hitting the basketball court, his commitment to wellness is active, visible, and deeply personal.

Outside of his wellness practice, Kenneth is the founder of Fathers Advocating Civic Engagement (F.A.C.E.), a nonprofit initiative focused on empowering fathers and father figures to lead with purpose in their homes, communities, and civic life. Through F.A.C.E., he champions intergenerational healing and active presence, helping men rediscover their role as leaders, mentors, and catalysts for change.

Kenneth’s Journey of Heart and Impact

Kenneth’s journey has been marked by academic and personal achievements, from being named Defensive Player of the Year in Junior College basketball to becoming a Ronald E. McNair Scholar and a First-Generation University Graduate with Honors. His volunteer work has taken him across the globe, from international missionary endeavors in Uganda to humanitarian efforts in the Middle East, shaping his profound commitment to inspiring positive change.  Known as “The Presence Critic," Kenneth specializes in revitalizing workplace culture and empowering teams to reach their full potential through education, advocacy, and speaking engagements.
